You also never trust McCarthy ever, under any circumstances. If he gets fired from this yesterday then it's not such a bad loss for the Cowboys. If he comes back then it's a catastrophe.

In general NFC East is annoying for fans of teams in other conferences. The amount of media attention and primetime games that the Cowboys, Giants, and to a lesser extent, the Eagles receive makes it easy for fans of other teams to hate those organizations. With some great playoff games upcoming next weekend a large portion of NFL news this week will be dedicated to the Cowboys, how their season ended, and what's going to happen to their coaching staff. Basically mirroring Leafs coverage in Canada. It's extremely annoying and the only thing redeeming about it is watching them fail every year.
