I'll second Coal Creek, its a bit of a drive but its a beautiful course.
Legends has fantastic value, it's cheaper and I think it's a pretty good course, it's my go to.
Broadmoor is a nice course, but the goose #### gets really annoying.
Countryside is another decent course, not sure why I don't like it as much as the others but nothing sticks out as negative.
The Quarry is supposed to be one of the nicer courses in the area and I'm looking to catch that this year.
