Old data point, in 2014 I had my house (bungalow) and detached garage done. Seamless gutters and downspouts - $1350 house and $550 garage. Had them done by same outfit I had doing my roof at the same time, figured I'd get everything fixed at once. My eavestrough was pretty beat up from ice damming and my subsequent efforts to mitigate.
