Gift Card Exchange?
Not sure if this should go in the Buy/Sell forum, but was wondering if anyone knew of a service that would allow you to sell/trade gift cards? Is it safe to swap cards over, say, kijiji? I was thinking the only safe way is to meet in person, swap cards, then purchase your item with the swapped card before you leave.
