Lets not kid ourselves, there are and have been way worse/lots of awful human beings in the NHL who have been brought back into the fraternity with no issues. Literally guys like McTavish and Probert who have murdered and assaulted people and the hockey old boys have brought them right back. He scores at almost a point per game and is tough as nails. He will help someone win on the ice, and I tend to think the locker room chemistry talk is overrated. Sure it's uncomfortable being in the workplace with a jerk but I don't think it's the case that it means you can't get results always, am sure there have been lots of sports teams over the years who have had the talent and won even though guys hated each other.
