Take the elevator on the West side of the building, North of the +15ish walkway from the C-Train station.

Also, order your beer from the Olympic Lounge, never usually a line-up there. Plus in the lounge they usually have five bartenders and two servers to get drinks while in the concessions in the 300's they only have two people pouring draft.

As for seating, I have no idea what time you should show up at because it's packed when I get there about 15 minutes to game time.
