I believe they've already established that the accelerated aging for the clone soldiers slowed down over time, which is why there are still some around in Rebels and they're not 180 year-old men. So, it's possible the opposite is true for Boba.

In Legends even though Boba was an unaltered clone, he was still a clone, and though he didn't age at a rapid rate, he did get sick from the flaws caused by the cloning and gene shift, so he developed lots of tumors and other debilitating diseases that the Clones suffered from later in their shortened life.
I was thinking that we didn't see Boba needing to be in a Bacta tank during his time in the desert, so maybe either he's sick from the cloning process as he ages, or he receives a wound in the fight against before the modern day events.
