I think the problem is we really have 6 forwards in the bottom 9 that we can work as "pairs" but need to find the 3rd forwards to complete a line.
Mangiapane - Monahan: 59.8% xGF in 66 minutes together. These two have worked together in limited time and I think we should see more of them together.
Lucic - Dube: 62.6 xGF in 38 minutes together but without Mangiapane. These two have always had chemistry together for whatever reason.
Coleman - Backlund: 55.2% xGF in 253 minutes together. These two have been fine together, but have been unlucky with a 3.62% on ice shooting percentage. Just need some finish.
Personally I think I'd call up Pelletier and go:
Pelletier - Monahan - Mangiapane: Put two speed tenacious wingers on Monahan's wing, both are good defensively as well and I think this could become a strong 2nd line.
Coleman - Backlund - Pitlick: Pitlick has been bad but due to injuries and covid he hasn't been able to really find a rhythm. The intention was to re-create Coleman-Gourde-Goodrow and I think they should try that a little longer.
Lucic - Dube - Lewis: Ideally you'd have a different winger than Lewis here, but he's not coming out of the lineup. Strangely I think these three can work together.

I know isn't bashing down the door for promotion and we're too small already, but wonder if Phillips would work well with Monahan.
Could Popsil get a call up and fit on the wing somewhere?
