He will be the best player, I suspect, if he chooses to go UFA. That said, not every team can afford to sign the best available player. The ones with cap room to absorb his demands may not be the ones who have a great shot at winning, if that’s something he wants. Mind you, I suspect if he really wants Philly they could do it.
