What the hell happened here? It looks like having a 3rd string goalie in net for the Lightning took its toll. Lagace let in 6 goals prior to being pulled. The Panthers out scored the Bolts 3-1 in each period. Knight was excellent in net for the Panthers as he faced 42 shots. Huberdeau with 5 points (1g, 4a).

The Canucks were lucky to get a point as the Kings beat them in the SO. Halak played well in the Canucks net as he made 34 saves in the 2-1 SO loss. The Canucks only had 3 shots in the 2nd period.

The Flyers used their 3rd string goalie, Felix Sandstrom, who made 43 saves! Not bad for a NHL debut. The Flyers get a point in a 3-2 OT loss to the Sharks, Hertl scores the GWG with 30 seconds left in OT.

The Hurricanes beat the Habs 4-0 as special teams were the reason for the victory. Carolina had 3 PPGs and were perfect (5/5) on the PK. Slavin had 3 assists and Raanta made 26 saves for the SHUTOUT.

The Islanders win on home ice, 4-1 over the Sabres.

The other SO game had the BJs beating the Predators.
