At this stage of the game, the AMD Ryzen and Intel options are going to take everything you can throw at them, so you should think about your plans for the future. Futureproofing is better with the Intel supporting PCI-E 5.0 and DDR5 for memory, while AMD's current Ryzen platform only supports PCI-E 4.0 and DDR4. AMD is due for an architecture refresh.
However, DDR5 is a bitch to buy right now and it's far more expensive than DDR4. So that's going to cost you. PCI-E 5.0 isn't used by much yet, but that'll change (and you'll pay for that, too).
