His first season in the bigs was really solid and then couldn’t quite replicate that. 160 career NHL goals and over 1000 games is a quality NHL career nevertheless.

Ranheim scored a lot initially in the NHL due to blazing speed and a good shot. Once opposition D-mean figured out he couldn’t handle the puck at speed, his production waned. He used his speed to become a very good defensive forward.
