Some of my favourite concert experiences weren't necessarily my favourite bands, but ones that surprised me.
Corey Hart - was never a huge fan, don't have any of his albums, but he puts on a killer show. Saw him with some friends in the early 80's at his peak popularity and again with my wife a couple of years ago, both were great concerts.
Zappa Does Zappa - never got into Frank Zappa's music, but was blown away by how good the performance was.
