Maybe we’re just talking past each other. I don’t know what I’m hard core defending, I would like some reasonable protocols that make sense to apply broadly.
The NHL can do what they want if it’s more rigorous than community regulations, no question. But then they need to listen to their stakeholders just like any other business. If their players don’t like it, well that needs to be a consideration. I’m not going to attack them for having views on what might be reasonable.
