Sorry, i am including Beltline and surrounding area to the Financial Core. As is the arena and the new arena to replace it. Which has all of those things.
A new arena doesnt magically make those things occur. They just poach development from other areas of the inner city and make them less desirable during game nights (too busy) and off nights.
The fact that Vegas bought into that argument is on them.
