All were discussed and received no objection as the report went to CPC. Again, if CSEC didn’t want solar panels (or any other condition), why agree to the condition, crafted in a manner the applicant wanted (prior to occupancy)? If they wanted it removed after the fact, why didn’t they pursue that at multiple opportunities?
Do you think this might be scapegoating?
