To have data you would need data collection organs. Africa is populated with governments that can barely keep the lights on let alone with being bothered to track reports of aerial phenomena. You also need journalistic enterprises having interest in such content and be willing to publish such reports. You also need open societies where people feel free to report information like this. China, Pakistan, and India do not scream open societies, especially in the timeframe you showed in your image. I doubt the people are going to be running to the media or the government is going to look too fondly on anyone who shares their experience. And in reference to your image, what areas from the image below do you think might be of interest to someone/something looking to study our planet? Where do you think you might go looking for something of interest?
Do you think there might be a reason for a correlation between the two images?
It might also be of interest that India is one of those countries that has elected to participate in disclosure and they did do a significant dump of sighting related materials.
