From experience, I would say never ever ever buy a couch without test sitting on one.

Always had Urban Barn couches, and was always happy with them. Bought a pair sight unseen over the phone as local stores had no stock or demo units to try. We figured given they've always been comfortable and good quality for us, can't go wrong. Wrong - they arrive and couches are cheapo pieces; with restocking/pickup fees, returning wasn't practicable so we're suffering through them given the kids are still young and likely to ruin them anyways.

Add in the fact that Wayfair has a 10x worse reputation for sub-par quality (assuming its made in China and not a known reputable brand), I'd sooner light my money on fire. Certain pieces of furniture you can take the risk on, but a couch is not one you should given the feel/comfort and finish makes all the difference. Savings be damned
