Based on what we have seen in the AHL, I would see the tiers as such:

Elite NHLer: None
Impact NHLer: Pelletier, Wolf
NHLer: Duehr, Mackey, Valimaki, Zary
Tweener: Ruzicka, Phillips, Pospisil
