How good they were is irrelevant and has nothing to do with the fact they got used and we now won’t get MCU versions of them. It’s pretty simple actually.

They can be the most fleshed out villains in film history, fact is they used all 5 in one movie and won’t be seeing them again any time soon. We definitely won’t be seeing unique MCU versions.

That means they are now limited in their choices for the next set of movies because they aren’t likely to use any of those 5.
I dont think this is necessarily true. All of those characters were from different universes. There's no reason different versions of them can't start popping up in the MCU. In fact, I think it would make sense for Peter to befriend Harry so he can stay close to Norman, who he knows might turn into Goblin, or Dr. Connors who he knows might become the Lizard (and that's why he works for him). Etc..

Those are really the only two I would like to see return in some way. Doc Oc was great but I think his arc can only go one way really.

I really enjoyed it overall. Always really liked Garfield's Spiderman (just not really the movies), so I was happy to have him redeemed a bit. If tehy could some how shell out the dough for Emma Stone as Spider Gwen, it would be amazing. Somehow I doubt she goes for it, but maybe.

What I think I would have liked is a little glimpse into each other Spiderman's current world. Doesn't have to be long, just a little bit when they skipped universes. Garfield explains how he got violent, would have loved to see him almost kill someone before being pulled into the MCU.
