The other set is the sesame street set which I think will be a fun build with the kids and in the long term could turn it into a modular.
Now I just have to find time to build them!

On the Sesame Street, I also had a look at adding it to the modular builds. The buildings are open at the back unlike the other Modulars. There are a few sets of plans online where they add bricks and then Sesame Street just adds into your other modular builds.
While I’m at it, just want to add that the new boutique hotel looks really clever with the triangularish corner build.
