So my laundry room is always cold in the winter (maybe in the summer too but it isn't as noticeable).

The vent pipe for the dryer is cold to the touch. Best I can figure that's the cause.

Am I better off installing a draft blocker, or insulating the vent pipe? Or maybe both?
