This just seems like Gondek trying to set up her future career. I also think labelling this bill as purely racist is a bit ignorant.
Quebec values a highly secular society. Is this the best way to further their values? Probably not. I think there are many good reasons to strongly embrace secularism. Here's a good piece on it:
