But we are just guessing. It’s clear the Hawks were very motivated to get this done. So you could be correct. This is one case where the plaintiff could sit back and be as unreasonable as he wanted to be and make the Hawks pay through the nose.

I dunno. He was a top draft pick who was assaulted before he was able to develop as a player at all. Argument could be made he could have had a $50+million dollar career if not for this incident.
