As for 700,000 doses available... who's lying, Alberta Health or Kenney? Because as of December 10th, Alberta Health claimed we had nearly 1.8m doses more than we had administered.

Alberta has wasted (or let expire) a ton of doses; about 10% of what they've received last I saw, which is by far the highest rate in the country. So that probably accounts for most of the difference.
