I love how OpenTable says their reviews are more reliable because you actually have to have dined at the restaurant to give a review. Actually you only have to have made a reservation that the restaurant showed as seated. I have no doubt that many glowing reviews are by owners, family, staff or friends. Especially when you see a dozen 5-star reviews right after a 1-star review. ��
