an ambitious proposal. every 15 minutes to the terminal seems wonderful but Toronto's UP express is every 30 mins and had to reduce fares to gain ridership
the challenge i see is how do we get to the Downtown Terminal with our luggage?.
Is the terminal near an existing or planned LRT station? (how far do we walk with luggage? do we create a large parking lot?)
