Ghiswell is not Epstein. We don't know them. There's nothing weird about the idea that one of them was seen as a a risk while the other is trusted to keep her mouth shut. They are two different people after all.
They are/were also on two different places Maybe it's harder to get to someone in a womens prison. Maybe she was better protected after Epsteins death. Maybe it was thought killing Ghiswell would have been pushing things too far. Two deaths is a lot harder to brush under the carpet than one.
I don't claim to be sure. But I feel fine about saying that I see Epstein being murdered as lot more likely than a suicide.
