Rather than try to do better and elevate that service to 5 stars for customers, you are ragging on the customer for not providing a glowing review?
I get there are customers who have are crappy people who leave crap reviews, but there are also businesses that provide crap service. If you want to use the review function then unfortunately you have to take everything that comes along with it.
As one poster says, rather than lash out at the customers, filter out the legit complaints and address those, and ignore the unreasonable ones.

I wasn't commenting on this particular case. However, I'm just stating that 3/5 review doesn't sound bad, but in actuality is quite damaging. These kinds of reviews shouldn't be left lightly.
The reality is that google reviews are not a properly functioning review system. It's a loaded system where large businesses pay their way to the top. This means the only means that small businesses have of functioning is to get top notch reviews.
