Wait, isn't the review supposed to help consumers decide whether they want to use that business? What if I honestly got mediocre service, and wanted other people to know about it? Business can't just pick and choose what reviews they want to show. That's kind of the whole purpose of a review system, is it not?
Rather than try to do better and elevate that service to 5 stars for customers, you are ragging on the customer for not providing a glowing review?
I get there are customers who have are crappy people who leave crap reviews, but there are also businesses that provide crap service. If you want to use the review function then unfortunately you have to take everything that comes along with it.
As one poster says, rather than lash out at the customers, filter out the legit complaints and address those, and ignore the unreasonable ones.
