Reviews should definitely be in context.
If I’m going to a McDonalds that happens to have a 5 star Google review average, I assume my order is going to be correct and my food with be hot. I’m not assuming I’m in for a secret menu prepared by René Redzepi. Likewise, people who give it a 2 stars just because it’s a McDonalds are stupid and missing the point of reviews.
