Just on the topic of online reviews, I used to never leave reviews. Not worth my time to be honest.
But with the pandemic I decided to leave some 5* reviews to businesses that I like and who deserve it. Because if it helps them stay in business without raising prices then I benefit too. Just my $0.02.
