In Monahan, you have a player that saw incredible success early, blowing away expectations even, then slowing down due to injuries. But, allegedly is the most healthy he has been in 2 seasons, and is now showing better underlying numbers while toiling away with 4th liners. Never had a second chance like Anderson to show what he could be in a different situation too.
I stick with Monahan 10/10. Contract makes it a no brainer.

I think JA is seen as a guy who was busting out in 2018-19, and then had a significant injury. He hasn't been injured since, though. I agree he's inconsistent. My main concern is that Monahan isn't bouncing back like I hoped. And BTW, I think I'm seen around these parts as an Monahan supporter, FWIW.
