I wanted Realmuto last year over anyone else, and he didn't disappoint in Philly this past season. But yeah, spend a bit more on SP and RP to get a couple consistent arms with swagger. Joe Kelly still comes to mind as a guy who will piss off other teams (good or bad) as a reliever.

I don’t think they can justify another big $ arm who will at best be the 4th starter, depending on how Ryu rebounds with a full off season to adjust to a lack of sticky stuff - everyone but Manoah is making $20M+.
I agree Jansen needs to be upgraded - they may be Hoping they can get by with Kirk and Moreno. I’ve never Understood what they see in Jansen. He can’t hit, I rarely saw him do anything noteworthy defensively (stats may say otherwise), so I guess he calls a good game? I don’t know.
Kirk needs to lose 15-20 lbs to me, if he wants to be an everyday player.
Relievers seem like the last group to ever overpay for - decent veterans are always available mid season, and their consistency year to year is always all over the map.
