By only Carcillo IIRC. I don't think anyone has corroborated his claims. He also accused Brent Sutter of things and several former Rebels players backed Brent:

Also BizNasty accused Carcillo of using racial slurs and wearing Nazi symbols when they played in the AHL together. I don't know if anything Carcillo says can be taken at face value.
