I showed my wife the picture and told her that it was a replica mosque to train on counter terrorism and she said that it was a great idea. I was a little surprised and asked her how so. She said that it shows the soldiers what a typical mosque looks like and that they need to be respectful around them and avoid damaging them. She also noted that it would be a key indicator of where unarmed civilians are likely to be, so you can't go all Dirty Harry in there.

It was a way I wasn't really looking at it and maybe she has a good point?
