This is weird because I haven't been on a base for a long time, and I get that they possibly let people on the bases to hunt, though with things like training areas, they are restricted even when not in use. And the military is usually pretty uncomfortable with random civillians wandering around with guns even if they are hunting.

So the whole story is really strange to me.

Also I'm without going back and reviewing still confused if this was an entire village urban assault training center or an individual structure in the middle of nowhere which makes little sense.
