No I think Monahan needs defensively responsible wingers or else his line becomes a possession black hole. Maybe Dube can get there but right now if you add an “all offense” player to those two you might have a line that never has the puck.

If you feel the Backlund line is untouchable then you probably need a more complete winger to play with Monahan.

Personally I’m good with moving Coleman around. He is a smart player that makes those around him better. And IMO Backlund and Mangiapane can succeed without him.
