We have a wet/dry sensor connected to SmartThings to monitor the water heater and it tripped last night after dinner. Very small leak currently happening.
What is everyone's experiences with tank vs tankless water heaters? Cost? I know there's an efficiency gain from tankless as it's on-demand heating, how do you find the heat response times?
