It seems In my opinion at some point since this year and last year when he took over he noticed the selfish plays and gave the players an ultimatium.

My opinion but that what I see as believable and what I see on the ice. When you go guys like JG throwing big hits in back to back games, money hands turning into a grinder and distribution guy, etc etc
I see a team buying in that they all win or they all fail. I think Sutter is a teir above Hartly but at the core they are the same old school ilk. This core was good then and now seems to be. It was a nice experiment ( sarcasm) with the nice coaches but nice dosent win with out top elite talent on every line. You can't Cooper it without going extremely over Cap in talent.
Trelieving Imo failed letting Hartly go to soon because he wasn't "his" guy. It's all come full circle again IMO with a "dinosaur" coach but the results are there.
