You say that as if you expected a medal for being stubborn.
Someone pointed out that for the Flames to finish under 200 GF, they would have to score at a pace of 2.16 goals per game for the rest of the season. Do you know how many teams scored 2.16 goals per game or less last year?
Zero.
The year before? One. The Detroit Red Wings averaged 2.04, and finished last in the league by 23 points.
The year before that? Zero.
Basically, you are saying that the Flames are going to be the worst offensive team in the league for the rest of the year, and you are saying it for no other reason than that you refuse to back down from an unwise prediction.
