The part of the system most broken is that a 17 year old felt empowered to attend a protest that had nothing to do with him (he wasnt a business owner in Kenosha protecting his turf...) to "defend" against protesters. He killed people as a result of that decision.
This is the same type of mentality that creates home grown terrorists and vigilantes.
