Jesting aside, I can't see anyway that this could be anything but guilty unless the jury is racist. They actively chased him down in vehicles and cornered him. He reached for the gun, that was pointed at him, when a couple of hillbillies aimed it him after trying to run him over. They never even saw him commit a crime.
