I watched The Dead Zone with Christopher Walken this weekend. Directed by David Cronenberg, based on the work by Stephen King.
It was alright- it reminded me of something I wrote in college.
Walken was great.
Herbert Lom shows up as Walken’s doctor, and it’s always good to see him.
The ending is something straight out of a radio play.
There’s an aesthetic about these older films that can’t be replicated.
Things look too nice nowadays. Older films don’t quite have their colours right, like Polaroids - it gives them a memory-like quality.
