Also it’s funny that you’re using Markstrom contract as a comparison and how he’s ‘now’ killing it on the front side of the contract. You give a nod to the fact that Markstrom’s first season was less than desirable but you don’t outright say this you just elude to the fact that he’s playing more than his contracts worth at this time. Couldn’t Coleman do the same theoretically?? Be so so this year and then be lights out next?
Past all that I refer to my immediate response ‘the seasons finished already??’ Can we not let things play out before stating absolutes? Enjoy the player and the team before declaring he’s a complete bust and the contract is a guaranteed mess by the end… 6 years from now. It’s a ridiculous stance to take IMO.
