Looks like the Quebec Premier and Gary Bettman will meet to discuss the possibility of a Quebec-based NHL team.

We have an amphitheater in Quebec that has already been built. We are in the process of making contact with Mr. Bettman. We are looking at what we need to bring back the Nordiques. I think we are capable of having a second team in Quebec.”
