Ok I just have to say, I'm still high on positive emotions after the win over Mexico. I went to the game on Friday vs Costa Rica which was epic in itself, I can only imagine what being there on Tuesday would have been like.
There's something about this CANMNT, they seem to be evolving and getting better as the WCQ campaign progresses. Bit of a let down against Honduras at the start, nice recovery with a draw vs USA, then a nice beatdown against El Salvador.
Next came the epic draw at Azteca followed by that awesome 2nd half vs Panama. Bit of a letdown in Jamaica (but that's a real tough place to play no matter what) but at least got a draw on the road.
Then came the EDM games. Take away the final 5-7 mins from the MEX game, they dominated 90% of both those games imo.
Stoked for the next set of games in January.
On that note, I can say I've watched that Larin 2nd goal vs MEX over and over again. Crappy work days (working from home) combined with feeling tired/sluggish and a little sick after 2 straight nights at a casino volunteering to fundraise for my kids school... watching that goal replay (including of course the Adekugbe jump into the snowbank, Larin's face yelling 'YEAH') lifts me up.
It does make me wonder, has there ever been a greater moment at Commonwealth Stadium in it's history? Wonder how this stacks up vs some Grey Cups or... perhaps the Commonwealth Games

Wouldn't mind a TSN top 10 on this topic
