Sounds like the Coq highway may be closed for months now. Am wondering how Transmountain will be dealing with both their own pipeline and construction challenges in that terrain as well as significantly reduced accessibility and housing support. Or maybe with all those construction teams already in that area they can be re-deployed to help with cleanup and initial fill/grading in some areas?
