I agree that I would give him the benefit of the doubt. I even stated that in my first post on the subject.
However, if someone else doesn't give him the benefit of the doubt and wants to present reasons why they think he's wrong, you can't automatically dismiss their position. If your only retort to their position is that a hockey professional sees it another way, then that's a pretty boring discussion.
