I paid for a full year subscription for Sportsnet Now so I could cast the game from my phone to my Smart Tv.

Unfortunately it hasn’t worked properly for about coming on 7 weeks now and when I ended up on a “chat” with them they said they were aware of the issue, it was completely on their end and they were “working on it”.

Sportsnet is a garbage company with a garbage product. You can’t phone them, and when you contact them on the net they make you wait “in line” for multiple hours before they’ll get in touch with you and then can’t help you. When asked about an end date or expected ETA to fix the issue, they said they have no idea.

Just a trash, garbage, horrible product and company. Horrendous value and it’s borderline like they’re trying to be bad. Guess I’ll be illegally streaming, again, because the company I (very unfortunately) literally paid money to doesn’t give a crap. $1.2B in free cash flow for Q3, can’t pay to have a decent product or enough technical reps for the obvious demand required.
